Open Sites in Tabs is a free and easy to use Automator workflow that will automatically open all webloc files contained in a given folder using your default web browser.
For Open Sites in Tabs to work you will have to first populate a folder with webloc files and then edit the first action in the workflow so that it selects the webloc folder.
