TwitDoc Desktop Uploader is a free app that enables drag and drop of pictures and documents from your desktop to Twitter. TwitDoc Desktop Uploader also permits you to post tweets without any file attachments for convenience.
If you do not attach a file, we just post your tweet to twitter. If you do attach a file we upload your file, shorten the URL, and post your tweet with a link to your uploaded file
