Paste Quote inserts [quote] tags around the clipboard contents and inserts them into any text field from the context menu. It`s only real use is when you are posting to a forum and wish to make it clear that you are quoting a passage of text.
Paste Quote main use is for web forums such as phpBB and vBulletin.
