jTime-IT is a free Java software that can be used to track the total time you spend working on your projects.
You can track time for as many projects as you want, optionally add a description for your projects, and you can start, stop or reset the timer for each individual project.
Projects that no longer need to be tracked can of course be removed. You can set a project alarm time, which will trigger a signal when the total project time reaches the alarm setpoint. Project data is saved automatically upon program exit and reloaded when you restart jTime-IT.
You can manually save the project data any time while the program is running. All project events (start, stop, reset) can optionally be written to a logfile.
JTime-IT also contains a basic report generator. - `Stop on exit` : projects with this attribute enabled, will automatically be stopped when you close the program (thus no manual stop required).
Projects with this attribute disabled, will be restarted automatically as you restart JTime-IT, but only if they were running at the time the program was closed. - `Permanent timer` : with this attribute enabled, the elapsed time between program sessions will be added to the total project time.
