ConTones (Contact Tones) generates iPhone-compatible ringtones that announce the name of the person calling you.

You have complete flexibility in what the ringtone will say, and you can insert the person’s first name ($FIRST) or last name ($LAST) as well. You can use any of the voices included in OS X. Apple provides a number of high quality voices, for most common languages and accents. There’s no limit to the number of ringtones you can generate. The possibilities are endless. You can also listen to the ringtone before transferring it to your iPhone.

Contones generates a ringtone for every person in your Mac’s address book and exports them to a folder ready for putting into iTunes.
