All My Patients Viewer 1.0

This is a viewer for profile documents created by All My Patients (iPad App). Use this viewer to open patient profile documents saved in "ampprofile" format on your Mac.

All My Patients provides the ability for physicians and other health care professionals to capture text and image notes. This app enables doctors using iPads to quickly note down patient`s symptoms, diagnosis, prescriptions as well as attach scans of x-rays and lab results.

**Please note this is a viewer for existing profiles only. You must also own the iPad edition in order to create and save patient notes. While reviewing the profile content, you may arrange note layout as well as edit notes but changes CAN NOT BE SAVED.
