If you often create books with text in the margin, you probably know the importance of being able to use anchored objects. The only downside to anchored objects are creating them - especially if it is a large book with a lot of text needed to be moved.
Create Anchored Text Frames is a free and very easy to use script that will help you with this process. In short, it will do all the hard work for you.
Installation: Open the "Scripts" panel in InDesign, select the "User" folder, select "Reveal in Finder" from the drop-down menu on the top right side. Copy the Create Anchored Text Frames script to the "Scripts Panel" folder in the opened window.
