The Google Contacts extension detects the Gmail accounts that have been already set up and creates a customized Address book for each one of them.
The cards that are detected in the Address Books are synchronized with the Google contacts; The Google contacts will be modified when you modify the cards. The Thunderbird`s mailing lists and the Google`s contacts groups will be synchronized in the same manner.
After the installation, you will see a confirmation popup at startup of Thunderbird. Press OK and specify the number of your contacts. By Google`s default, you can only retrieve about 30 contacts. If you have more contacts, you have to specify its maximum. Please confirm the setting when you notice that all contacts are not retrieved.
