JSTRING is a ree and easy to use, small Java program for searching Tandem Repeats (TR) in a DNA sequence.
JSTRING uses the same algorithm of STRING, but has the great advantage to show the results also in a very clear and usable graphical format, which allows to have an immediate survey of the results, besides a great flexibility in their interactive management.
