Reconstruction 1.0

Reconstruction is a unique tool for reconstructing a set of 2D image files from different paths into a 3D image in Woolz format.

The file format of the imported 2D image can be MRC HGU Woolz(.wlz), Amira Lattice(.am), Microsoft Bitmap(.bmp), Tiff(.tif), Jpeg(.jpg), PNM(.pgm), SLC(.slc), BioRad Confocal(.pic) and IPLab(.ipl), etc.

Requirements:

· Java 1.4 or later
· 64MB RAM
· OpenGL capable video card
