MacSiteSpecificBrowserApp allows you to quickly create your own Mac Site Specific Browser App.
All ypu have to do is COPY the application MacSiteSpecificBrowserApp, then RENAME the copied application to the URL that you want to create a Mac Site Specific Browser App for i.e. gmail.com or yourdomain.com (do not include http://)
You can create as many copies for different URLs as you like. A Site Specific Browser App is a native Mac application that is designed to access a certain website or web service or web app or whatever you want to call it.
The main advantage of using a Site Specific Browser App is that your favorite web sites become native Mac apps which run separately from your web browser
For instance you can create a Site Specific Browser App for gmail.com so that you can access your Gmail in a native Mac App separate from your Browser.
Since this is designed to be a container for web apps there is no Back, Forward, or Home buttons. The web app is expected to provide navigation.
